TBCI is scheduled to start builing in River Oaks - The Landings mid 2008. This is a 164 acre waterfront community of 176 single-family homes and 251 condos. Includes The Catawba Club, a clubhouse with pools, fitness, tennis and boating. It will also be the site of the 31 waterfront condos. The remaining 220 condos will be in six-unit buildings called The Mansions. Home prices range from $500,000 to more than $1 million. Condos start at $300,000.
